Our approach

Hidden Uprising collects information needed to operate accounts, connected services, security, purchases, support, moderation, and community features. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as username, email address, password hash, preferences, role, and account status.
  • Connected identity information such as Minecraft username, UUID, verification state, and optional Discord information.
  • Security and activity information such as sessions, login times, browser information, failed login attempts, and hashed IP data.
  • Service information such as balances, transactions, purchases, support tickets, and content you submit.

How we use information

We use information to operate and personalize the platform, verify identities, secure accounts, synchronize services, process transactions, provide support, moderate abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, when you direct us to connect another service, to protect users and systems, or when legally required.

Storage and retention

Passwords are stored as hashes. Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, transactions, moderation, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Temporary verification codes and unused transmission media are removed when no longer needed.

You may update available profile settings, disconnect supported services, and request account or privacy assistance through Support.
